Honeywell Dual-Layer Face Cover with 8 Replaceable Filters

The CDC recommends that face coverings should be worn in all public settings where social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. Take the necessary steps needed to help protect yourself and others while remaining comfortable in the Honeywell Dual-Layer Face Cover with replaceable Genuine Honeywell Filters. When used together, the Honeywell Dual-Layer Face Cover and Filter will block penetration and provide enhanced filtration of aerosol droplets more effectively than common cloth face coverings.

The Honeywell Dual-Layer Face Cover features an innovative fabric face covering design that offers enhanced functionality. The use of a seamless three-dimensional knit construction provides a 4-way stretch that effectively minimizes gaps while enhancing overall comfort. Adjustable ear loops and a nose clip have been included to improve comfort and functionality. The Honeywell Dual-Layer Face Cover implements a contoured design that stands off the face, enhancing breathability in the process. It’s a design that comfortably stands off the face as opposed to forcibly pressing against the wearer’s mouth and nose. This washable face mask will maintain its function and shape after multiple washings.

What is Filtration Efficiency?

Filtration Efficiency is the ratio that determines the amount of bacterial aerosols challenging a mask versus the amount that’s capable of successfully breaching the mask. More specifically, Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) and Particulate Filtration Efficiency (PFE) ratios determine a face mask’s ability to keep aerosol droplets (caused by others speaking, coughing and sneezing) away from the wearer’s mouth and nose. The ratio also holds the reverse true. As in measuring the effectiveness of a face mask in preventing the release of personal droplets from its wearer. When the Honeywell Dual Layer Face Mask is worn properly and equipped with a filter, it’s capable of blocking ≥ 98% of 0.3-micron-sized particles (BFE) and 0.1-micron-sized particles (PFE).
