We have ordered several times from Honeywell store and we always get a quality product that fits our air purifiers and Great service getting our products quickly and if there is a problem with the order customer service is quick to respond and correct the problem. We only had a problem 1 time with something missing from order and it was shipped to us quickly. We will order again!
I have had Honeywell air filters for years & use A Plus pre filters. But last year ordered 1 generic from Amazon. Just changed 2 pre filters at the same time and I was shocked at the difference in quality, thickness & dust capture. I could see through the generic Amazon brand even with dust. The Honeywell was ready to be changed at 3 months but capture was Awesome , all the way to the side closest to HEPA filter !
I love my air purifier. It makes all the difference in my home. I run it 24/7 and given I have a dog and I smoke it's amazing how clean and good smelling my place is

I recommend only buying Honeywell pre-filters and media filters, as they do work well. I have asthma and they effectively filter out pollen, smoke, and kitchen smells. I previously purchased pre-filters and a media filter from a third-party company, and they emitted a strange smell. From now on, I am buying only Honeywell replacement pre-filters and media filters.
I do notice a positive difference after using one of these filters.
