I tried going with other generic filters for my humidifier but have gone back to the ones made by Honeywell. They are superior to the generic and last much longer. I run my humidifier constantly during the winter months so it can get very expensive if I have to replace the filter every week. These are the best!

I'd used a generic filter last year and the beginning of this winter. When I as able to replace it with a Honeywell filter the difference was amazing. It took two days to use half a reservoir of water with the generic but less than 24 hours to drain it with the Honeywell. That's a good thing as the set humidity level was never reached with the generic but with the Honeywell filter it was reached and the humidifier actually shut off for awhile.

The filters arrived quickly, in spite of the pandemic shipping delays. We use the humidifier constantly during the wind season in So.California. The replacement filter has a blue backing that looks almost like a scrubby. It seems to be working to keep the dust from the winds out of the unit.It also gives the filter more rigidity when turning it over. Air smells clean and filter seems to be doing a good job.

I like to use original products. I have always tried to find Honeywell filters for my humidifier. I can't seem to find them in any store, even the one I purchased the humidifier. Ordering is easy though. I do believe that the most recent filters do not last as long as the original filters. I don't seem to get a month out of them. I feel they should last longer than a few weeks.

It is worth the price forego a grande latte to purchase a replacement filter that you can be assured will fit this humidifier. The filter change is quick and easy. This is a snug fit, a plus, and required no additional custom trimming. Most importantly, it filters the air without any residual chemical manufacturing odors. And yes, if you run your humidifier throughout long winters, please change them. You will notice quite a difference in air quality. Great replacement filter!

The filters are pretty standard. They turn yellow or grow mold pretty quickly. You will need to replace them every month at least depending on how often you use them.

I bought the HEV620 humidifier because I have a few musical instruments that need to be humidified during the long, dry winters. I had used another brand, but it left a deposit everywhere in the room. This model does not. I bought the humidifier at a local department store, and there were plenty in stock along with boxes of filters. I bought a couple, thinking I'd be able to get them whenever I needed. Then--poof! First the humidifiers disappeared then the filters. I searched every other department store chain in the area, as well as home improvement stores. They were nowhere to be found. Even online searches were fruitless. I'm glad I found the Honeywell Direct store. Ordering was easy, and the package arrived as promised.

The wick filters are always hard to find and often out of stock. Also wish they were a bit more reasonably priced, as even with filtered water and added conditioners they last less than a month for me. They are very effective. Once I change to a new filter the water in the tank goes down so much faster. However the filters are pretty expensive to buy. Hope they can be a little more affordable especially when buying in bulk.

Ordered multiple filters for a good price. Shipped fast and arrived just in time to fire up the humidifier. Filters are good but need to flip every time I refill the tank so they don't dry out. Coupons are provided in box but nowhere to use them. Honeywell store had the best prices.
