The filters work great as expected. They hold up well and if you make sure to rinse, they last for a pretty long time. I tried 3rd party filters before and they always get really hard really fast.
I utilize the Honeywell HAC-504 Series Humidifier Replacement Wicking Filters for use on my Honeywell HCM-350 Series Humidifier. Upon installation, a new filter provides an instant, significant increased level of performance from the Humidifier which lasts for months. I highly recommend the utilization of these filters.
Exactly what the title says: I've tried a number of alternative filter wickers, but none of them match the output and longevity of authentic Honeywell filters. I'm not sure I get much extra out of the blue prefilters, but they certainly don't hurt. I mostly have to deal with carbonate build up and pesky red molds/bacteria. A Filters straight from Honeywell are the only thing I use that stay suitable for a month and still help humidify. And direct purchases are much better priced than from online retailers or worse, big box stores. I'll definitely buy direct again the next time I'm running low and avoid the headache of filters that simply don't wick enough moisture. Cheers.
These filters work great in my humidifier. The price is very good for the package of three.
These are quality air filters that can be changed out 1-1.5 months as a time.
So, I thought I would save some money by buying another brand on Amazon and saving a few bucks. However, I quickly noticed that these "knock-off" filters did NOT wick the water as much as the Honeywell filters. Lesson learned - sticking with the manufacturer's filter!
I appreciate my Honeywell germ free humidifier as well as this value pack of quality filters!
